Hi. My name is Sylvia, and I'm from Redding, California. I already had seen pictures online. The doctor that I spoke with about the surgery had sent me pictures previously, so I already had an idea what the hospital was going to look like. But when I got here it was, it was beautiful. It was really nice. Do a lot of research on what the outcome is going to be, the before and after. So you have to be super mentally prepared for you to go into a surgery this big, you know. But yeah, so just know what you're getting yourself into, do your research, do your research of the hospitals as well. Don't just jump into one hospital. I think you should have at least three or more different options and then go with the best one, and so don't just jump into one. The housekeepers were on top of it every day. The housekeepers would come in and clean it up. Like they were just like genies, they'd come and clean and take all my linen out, put new linen in, that extra step, that extra mile to make me feel like they cared for me and they cared for my comfortness of being here. And so I have nothing else, I mean, better to say that I'm like very thankful and very happy with the whole thing. The nurses are amazing. The way that they treat you and they make you feel is phenomenal. I miss being here. I mean, I was only here for a week, but I miss being here. I miss the staff. The girls were super sweet, friendly. There wasn't a day when they wouldn't come in and say hi or they wouldn't say bye. So I don't think I would choose another hospital than this one because I really liked the staff and everybody in here is great. The doctors were really nice. I just . . . all of my doctors made me feel really super comfortable. They were all very understanding of what I was looking for. So the doctor still kept in touch with me even after the surgery, so that made me feel really good as well. They gave me their personal numbers so I can call them and keep in touch with any questions that I ever had. And they were really good about keeping everything up to date with me. Yeah, it's definitely affordable. It's definitely I say, it cut it by half, I think a little bit more than half. If I would've gone and done it where I lived in the United States, it could have been like $25,000, even more. I paid half of that here. So it's definitely very affordable. Yeah, I would definitely recommend it to everyone to look into it. Any questions that they have they can just call in. People at the front desk who answers the phones, they're really nice and helpful. They give you a tour and let you know. You don't have to be here for the tour. They'll let you know over the phone and they show you, they send you videos. And I would totally recommend it. I mean, just by far, everything, the whole experience it was great and I really liked it. If I have another surgery, I'll come back and do it again.
